My work allows me to be present at one of the most beautiful and intense moments of their lives: a unique passage, filled with love, emotions, and meaning.Even if only for one day, that magic passes through me too. It’s as if the love that unites them has the power to touch me deeply and leave a mark. I find myself wrapped in that embrace that envelops the entire day: between knowing glances, tears of joy, and smiles shared with their loved ones.
I become a silent guardian of their emotions, the details, and the memories we build together.

2. Venue Tours
On The Search For The Perfect Venue For You
Once we have clearly defined the goals, style, and specific needs of your wedding day, we will organize venue tours either in person or virtually.
Together, we will explore the venues that best match your requirements and discover the perfect location that fits the unique characteristics of your event, creating an ideal setting to bring your wedding dreams to life.
3. The Planning Phase
Crafting a Wedding That’s Uniquely Yours
At the heart of wedding planning is the desire to bring your unique vision to life with care, creativity, and precision.
As your wedding planner, I’ll shape and structure every detail of your wedding day, helping you choose the most suitable wedding vendors based on your style and preferences.
I take time to understand what truly matters to you and your guests, so we can design a celebration that feels meaningful and personal.
From defining the essential wedding services to confirming the perfect look and atmosphere, every element is thoughtfully planned to ensure a seamless, beautifully coordinated, and unforgettable experience.
4. Tastings and Final Confirmations
Taste, Choose, and Confirm: Every Choice Matters
A few months before the wedding, we will conduct the menu tasting and wedding cake tasting together, schedule the bride’s makeup and hairstyle trials, and meet with the wedding decorator and florist to finalize every aesthetic detail.
We will confirm the overall wedding design, the layout of the spaces, table settings, scenography, and all wedding decorations, ensuring every element reflects the style and atmosphere you envision for your special day.
5. Pre-Wedding Meeting
Final Touches for a Perfectly Organized Day
As your wedding day approaches, your wedding plan will be nearly complete. We’ll hold a pre-wedding meeting to go over every detail and review each moment of the day, making any final adjustments needed.
This final step ensures that you arrive at your big day with confidence, knowing everything is perfectly organized, just as you imagined.
6. The Wedding Day
Stress-Free and Perfectly Managed
On your wedding day, the wedding coordination service officially begins. My team and I will be on-site from the very start, welcoming wedding vendors, supervising setup and logistics, and managing any unforeseen issues that may arise.
Our goal is simple: to ensure everything runs smoothly so you, the couple, can relax and fully enjoy your special day without stress.
