Maintenance Plans
Frequently Asked Questions
1. When is the best time to start planning the wedding?
Generally, starting your wedding planning 12 to 18 months in advance is ideal. This timeframe allows you to manage each aspect with peace of mind: carefully choosing vendors, organizing any necessary trips to Spain (if you’re not based here), and sending out save-the-dates well in advance. Planning ahead means less stress, more options, and a truly personalized wedding experience.
2. Do you offer custom services or only standard packages?
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all packages, every wedding is unique, with its own story, priorities, and budget.
That’s why I don’t work with fixed venues or mandatory vendors.
As an independent wedding planner, I focus on what truly suits you, creating a tailored wedding experience that reflects your vision and brings your celebration to life.
3. Can I get support for just some parts of the planning process?
Yes! If full planning isn’t what you need, you can opt for the Wedding Day Coordination Service.
On your wedding day, I’ll take the stress off your shoulders by overseeing vendors, welcoming and assisting guests, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
The goal is to let you fully enjoy your big day without worrying about what’s happening behind the scenes or burdening friends and family with responsibilities.
4. How is communication handled during the wedding planning process?
We maintain constant communication through email, phone, and video calls as needed.
A personalized wedding plan will be created, letting you track decisions, timelines, vendor management, and budget.
I will also accompany you to all scheduled in-person appointments when you are in the area.
5. Can I involve friends and family in the wedding planning?
As a professional, my priority is to ensure your wedding runs flawlessly with no unexpected issues.
Therefore, it’s essential to rely on experienced vendors and industry professionals.
Friends and family contributions are welcome only if they don’t involve essential services or compromise the event’s quality and reliability.
6. How do we manage the wedding budget?
A realistic budget definition and management are fundamental for a smooth and stress-free wedding.
Together, we’ll define a realistic budget, identify main expenses, and create a payment schedule that will be continuously monitored.
Knowing local costs and vendor rates helps avoid surprises and keeps your wedding planning on track.
